Adult Counseling
My practice encompasses a diverse range of individuals, spanning from young adults to those in retirement age. I am dedicated to aiding each person in navigating their unique challenges. My areas of focus encompass coping with relationship loss, navigating life transitions, managing work-related stress, addressing complex PTSD, and tackling issues of anxiety and depression.
I employ a versatile toolkit, which includes workbooks, podcasts, videos, journaling, and guided meditations that emphasize mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. Through these methods, I empower each individual to evolve and discover new ways to cope with overwhelming emotions and grow.
Many of the adults I work with struggle with feelings of shame and guilt, stemming from their past and current experiences. One of my primary objectives is guiding them towards embracing a future imbued with joy, gratitude, and self-compassion, ultimately enabling them to move forward in a more positive and fulfilling way.
